Begin to think about your dreams, must-haves, and unique features you want in your new home. Look at other homes in the surrounding areas to get ideas of what you like and do not like. We have access to several floor plans that will help in the aid of decision making.
Select Design & Price
During this phase, we will begin looking at more specific floor plans that meet your budget and style. We have relationships with architects who can design or reshape various floor plans to your liking. We understand building a house is a huge investment and we strive to make sure you get what you desire. Once a plan is selected and we have discussed various details and we will begin finalizing your build budget.
Finalize Your Plans & Build
Review Your Plans: Once your plan has been created, we will schedule a meeting with you to review, finalize and make changes before beginning construction.
Site Inspection: During your home site inspection, your personal builder will meet you at your site to discuss the lay and unique details of the area.
Pre-Construction: We will discuss all the details of the house, making notes of any changes. Once this meeting is complete and all permits are received, we will begin construction.
Building Your Home: During this process, your builder will work with you to keep you up to date with any changes.
Pre-Drywall Meeting: While building your home, you have the opportunity to check in with your builder at various milestones. During these meetings, you will walk through your home with your builder to make sure walls, doorways, electrical and lighting placements are correct to your plans and custom changes.
Final Walk: Your home is almost done. When your house is 1-2 weeks from closing day, you will walk through your home with your builder to ensure all items are to your liking. During this meeting, your builder will walk you through the home to identify vital components and common maintenance items that need to be maintained by you.
Construction Complete
